Return and exchange

* The return of the goods is done with the courier company Econt. The deadline for returning the goods: 14 days from the date of delivery. 
* Exchange or return of a given item is possible only with the “VIEW” option. Return shipments without the “View” option marked are not accepted. 
* If the product has a factory defect, it will be replaced FREE of charge by us. 
* If the product does not satisfy you, the transportation costs are paid by the customer - the initial delivery fee and an additional return fee, with the "Review" option field filled in.

Replacement/Refund Procedure

With us, replacement and refunds are quick, easy and hassle-free.

To replace:
* You can contact us at the specified contact email or call +359 89 7012188 to specify what you will replace the product you purchased with.
* Send us the goods in full commercial condition - with the label still on, the garment must not have been worn, washed, ironed, stained, etc.
* Be sure to tell the Econt employee that the shipment is for exchange. 
* You must pay the transportation cost for the replacement in both directions - to us and back to you.
* Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your package to be returned.

For a refund:

*Return of the shipment must be with the same courier with which the goods were received. If your shipment was delivered with "Econt", you must return it with "Econt".

IMPORTANT:  You do not need to send us a receipt, as Veneta Fashion House EOOD uses Econt's services to issue a receipt. 
The Econt receipt and the cashier's receipt are the same thing - both are proof that you paid for the received shipment.
The receipt remains with you and you do not have to send it back to us when returning or exchanging. 
EXCHANGE DURING SALES AND DISCOUNTS: Every item purchased from our store is subject to return within 14 days of receipt. 
Items purchased at regular prices cannot be exchanged for discounted items. 
If you purchased an item at regular price, but decide to exchange it for a different size/color, and it is already on sale, you will receive the exchanged product at the same value at which it was originally purchased. 
All items (reduced and regular prices, without exceptions) are subject to return within the 14-day legal period.
